>All lawn/garden equipment purchased from Lazenby's receives a FREE 21 point inspection during the first year of ownership, provided it was brought in for a specific issue/issues. After 1 years time, you may choose to continue recieving the 21 point inspection at the low rate of $19.95.
>If within 30 days or 25 hours(whichever occurs first) of use on your NEW equipment purchase, if a problem occurs, we will provide pick up & delivery at no charge to you, provided the problem was not caused by abuse, neglect, or improper operation.

TRANSPORTATION, LABOR, STORAGE, & OTHER CHARGES:
Pick up & delivery available as follows: (these are one way charges)
Lawn Mowers: $35.00 within 20 miles, plus $1.25 thereafter.
Tractors 50 hp & under: $70.00 within 20 miles, plus $2.50 thereafter.
Tractors 50 hp & over: $100.00 within 20 miles, plus $2.50 thereafter.
Labor rates: $95.00 per hour, preferred lawn equipment owners $75.00 per hour.
A minium charge of 1/2 hour is charged on all work orders to cover tear down/diagnostic time, unless otherwise specified.
*You must approve up to 1 hour of labor time in order for us to work on your equipment, with the exception of hand held equipment which is 1/2 hour.
Storage rates: After 10 days of being given your estimate or notified your equipment is ready for pick up, a $15.00 per day storage fee will begin to accrue if we do not recieve a reply or recieve payment. Exceptions can be made if you expect to be out of town,emergency, etc., just give us a curtesy call.
